1. Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, carrier logistics, and potential customs delays. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
2. Customs Costs and Tariffs
The book price and shipping costs do not include any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply in the destination country. If the package is held in customs, the buyer will be responsible for any additional payments required for its release.
3. Refund and Return Policy
No returns or refunds are accepted, except in cases of obvious damage to the product due to shipping. In that case, the buyer must contact us within the first 7 days after receiving the order, providing photographic evidence of the damage.
4. Buyer's Responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to errors in the address entered during checkout. We offer live tracking for all our shipments; you can contact us at sitkotraining@gmail.com for tracking information.
